Caramiel

Ingredients :
– 150g of unsalted butter
– 250g of brown sugar
– 10 cl of milk
– 80g of honey
– 1 vanilla pod (split into 2)

Melt the butter over low heat without stirring and let it burn to coat the bottom of the pan.
Pour the sugar slowly, turn it until it melts.
Stirring constantly, add the honey and vanilla pod cut in half.
Boil and then turn the milk.
Turn the mixture constantly, and cook it over low heat for 20 minutes.
The mixture thickens and darkens a bit. It is ready.
Remove the vanilla pod and pour the caramel quickly. Cool it.
