The Cognac ; The God Liqueur

Cognac making is a complex art based on a traditional knowledge with a process involving several different jobs.

Since the 17th century meanwhile the double distillation was invented, the process keeps unchanged. Once the product double distilled, it matures from 2 years to 10 in oaks made barrels. This quality wood keeps the alcohol in contact with the air and gives to the Cognac its natural features during maturation.
